<a href="https://hermandadebomberos.ning.com/video/incendio-destruyo-5-galpones-en-zofri"><br /> <img src="https://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/4664976659?profile=original&amp;width=240&amp;height=180" width="240" height="180" alt="Miniatura" /><br /> </a><br />INCENDIO DESTRUYÓ 5 GALPONES EN ZOFRI<br /> Felipe Muñoz Cordova<br /> <br /> Martes 28 abril de 2020<br /> Incendio afectó cuatro galpones en Zona Franca de Iquique<br /> <br /> Un incendio se inició la mañana de este martes en el sector de galpones en la Zona Franca de Iquique, en la región de Tarapacá.<br /> <br /> El fuego afectó cuatro estructuras con elementos de ferretería, algunas pertenecientes a la empresa Gjurovic, según confirmaron desde gerencia de la Zofri.<br /> <br /> Hasta el lugar se dirigieron nueve compañías de Bomberos para trabajar en la emergencia.<br /> <br /> Tras una ardua labor, los voluntarios lograron controlar las llamas y luego trabajaron en evitar que se propagaran a las estructuras contiguas.<br /> <br /> La intensa columna de humo se pudo observar desde distintos puntos de la ciudad.<br /> <br /> Hasta el lugar también llegó personal de la unidad Hazmat de Bomberos, que trabaja en material peligroso en caso de elementos químicos, según informó Carlos Morales desde el municipio de Iquique.<br /> <br /> De acuerdo a lo informado por Radio Bío Bío, el siniestro inició cerca de las 09:30 horas de este martes.<br /> <br /> En tanto, no se reportaron personas afectadas producto del fuego, mientras que las causas que lo originaron son materia de investigación para las entidades pertinentes.
